PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT-13/06/2015

PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT-13/06/2015

All the units in the cluster have observed the environment day through meaningful programmes like planting saplings in and off campus and monitoring their growth, visiting and protecting sacred groves ,conducting soil test (this year being, international year for soil conservation),green campus programmes. All the programme officers (except the PO OF ST JUDES VELLARIKKUNDU,he bieng laid up with fever ) have participated in the district meeting held on 12/06/2015.A clusterwise plan has been discussed and approved in the meeting.

Let us congratulate all the programme officers of this cluster for their active participation.
We would also like to request the programme officers to send a brief report to the PAC on the activities with a few images without much delay. We are still expecting  reports from units like GHSS KAKKAT and ST JUDES VELLARIKKUNDU.

Some units have not succeeded in conducting any off campus activities  in connection with the environment day.It is better to ensure the participation OF AT LEAST a few members of the community in these activities and provide opportunities for a few nss volunteers to address the gathering.

An experimental  temporary grading  is given to the units for comparison and self evaluation based on their participation and documentation which can be accessed on request  clicking here which is restricted to the nss officials only.

All units except one or two  in this cluster come to grade A as per this tool of evaluation.Of course ,there are a few areas to be  improved in the case of every unit.GHSS CHAYYOTH  and GVHSS KAYYUR have come out with better performances this week.Hearty congrats to these teams once again.

Let us work together and help each other to make this cluster effective in giving the best training and exposure for the volunteers.
