The team
1.VERIFIES THE ATTENDANCE OF ALL THE SECOND YEAR AND THE FIRST YEAR VOLUNTEERS
2.VERIFIES NSS AWARENESS OF THE VOLUNTEERS ( THROUGH ORAL QNS AND A WRITTEN TEST- QNS SUPPILED BY THE NSS CELL)
3.VERIFIES ALL REGISTERS
4.VERIFIES THE ACTIVITY REPORTS AND COMPLETES THE ASSESSMENT PROFORMA.
5.THE VISITING PAC MEMBER EVALUATES THE ANSWER SHEETS AFTER THE VISIT AND THE REPORT IS GIVEN TO THE DT COORDINATOR WITHIN 4 WEEKS.
5.ALL ABSENTEES AND THE VOLUNTEERS WITHOUT PROPER AWARENESS ON NSS WILL BE ASKED TO UNDERGO DISTRICTWISE REORIENTATION AND REEVALUATION AFTER THE EXAMS IN MARCH.
